'I joined AIESEC because I wanted to learn soft skills outside of school curriculum and boost my resume. AIESEC was the learning platform that allowed me to achieve my personal goals- I have turned into a more outspoken and confident person. Also, I have learnt to juggle many commitments simultaneously and to work with many dynamic individuals. Most importantly, I have found many youth with similar interests and passion whom I connect with.' Jia Min was awarded the best member of the Incoming Global Talent Department, for she actively sought out companies to collaborate with to create internship opportunities for exchange participants. Now, Jia Min is an Executive Board Member elect.
